Wellness Recipes

It’s a challenging task looking for recipes that are anti-inflammatory while being free of sugar, yeast, gluten, and dairy. Suffering from severe psoriasis as a teenage and feeling the impact a ‘typical diet’ had on my skin, it was my mum’s passion to make delicious meals from Traditional Mediterranean Dishes by slightly altering an ingredient or two that the entire family would love.

These recipes are great for people suffering from a variety of inflammatory conditions such as Psoriasis, Eczema, Acne, Digestive Disorders (IBS, Crohn’s, Collitis), Insulin Resistance (PCOS, Diabetes, Weight Issues) or Food Intolerances.
